The screened porch hangs almost over the water and is a great place to relax. Views across the bay are lovely. The cottage has a kitchen and eating area, living room with French doors to the screened porch. A bedroom area with king bed that opens out into the living room & separate bedroom with a king bed (twins if you prefer). Pond is a comfortable & popular cottage.

Peter Pond was active in the late 1700s and early 1800s as trader, map maker, surveyor and partner in the North West Company, the main competitor to the HBC. Pond is a controversial figure in Canadian history but his contributions to mapping the future Canadian Northwest, were without parallel.
