2026 Rates

Our season runs from May long weekend to almost the end of October. The rates of our cottages are determined by which of our “seasons” you are looking to book:

Summer 26 June to 15 July 
Fall 1 September to 19 October
Spring 15 May to 25 June
High Season 16 July to 31 August

For offers and specials, or any last-minute discounts please visit our Packages page. All cottages are equipped with a full kitchen. We give you the choice of cooking your own meals, having us take care of everything, or a combination of both! Breakfast is delivered to your cottage every morning (this is included in your rate) – a welcome and relaxing treat! Please see our Kitchen page for more information on our restaurant.

A number of our cottages are equipped with hand-made copper soaking tubs (around 12,000 hammer strikes per tub) for a truly relaxing experience.

Two Bedroom Cottages

Our 2-bedroom cottages are great for small families, two couples, or couples who are looking for a bit more space. The Toni Harting and Cottage 19 were finished in 2018 and have almost 1,000 sq ft of floor space (close to our 3-bedroom cottages). These along with the Dokis Cottage have copper soaker tubs. The Recollet and Henry cottages are slightly smaller.

One Bedroom Cottages

Our 1-bedroom cottages are perfect for romantic weekend couples’ getaways or unwinding for five to seven nights. Our most luxurious 1-bedroom cottages are the Mackenzie, David Thompson, and Des Grosseilliers, all of which have copper soaker tubs. The Paul Kane, Frances Simpson and MAGL (all finished between 2012 and 2014) have excellent sunset views in July and August.

Studio Cottages

On a budget? No problem! We have cozy studio cabins perfect for one or two people. Our comfy king beds can also be made up as 2 twin beds for a getaway with your mom or best friend. The Radisson, Hopkins and Brebeuf were expanded with eat-in kitchens in 2017. The Spizzirri is clean and well appointed, however was not completely rebuilt in 1999 like our other cottages when we acquired Pine Cove.

Additional reservation details

  • Open May through October
  • The rates shown above are based on double occupancy (2 persons) except for Champlain and HBC which are based on 4 persons in High season, Spring and Fall; and Summer.
  • Please add the per person rates shown below under the ADDITIONAL GUESTS section, for any additional guests who may be staying.
  • Cottage rates include a continental breakfast hamper each morning, delivered to your cottage.
  • Cottage rates are per night. Our minimum stay is two nights.
  • Rates shown do not include the 13% Federal HST tax.
  • All King beds can be made up as 2 single beds to accommodate twin share.
  • Map of the cottage locations is available on the Cottages page.
  • All rates are in Canadian dollars.
  • On Long Weekends – we require a minimum three (3) night booking.

Additional Guests

Extra Adults are $125 per person per night in Early Spring, Spring, Summer & Fall.
Children 2 – 12 are $75 per child per night in Early Spring, Spring, Summer and Fall.

PETS:
Pets are $50 per night according to availability of our pet-friendly cottages and subject to our “pet interview” ☺
Pets are not allowed in the Main Lodge or other common area buildings.

TAXES
13% HST will be added to cottage rates.

GRATUITIES
We do not charge gratuities and leave that up to individual guest’s discretion.

DEPOSITS
Please be sure of your reservation dates. We request a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to confirm your cottage rental and your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival, we charge a $245.00 fee per cottage* and the balance of the deposit becomes a credit against another stay either this season or next. If you cancel less than 45 days before arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

* We do not refund deposits for reservations that are for more than one cottage unless we can re-book the space. In the event we can rebook the cottages then the $245 administration fee per cottage applies to cover the costs of cancellation.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES:
Check-In time is 4:00 PM. If you arrive early and your rooms are ready, we will be pleased to accommodate you. Otherwise enjoy the lodge, relax and we will notify you when your room is prepared.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you wish to stay later you are most welcome to do so but please have your bags ready for pick-up by 11:00 am.
